 Schedule / Hours:

  • Full-Time
  • Exempt level position

Responsibilities:

  • Provides commercial and investment real estate lending services to customers in accordance with bank loan policies and profitability standards
  • Manage and grow existing loan portfolio
  • Manage and grow deposit portfolio
  • Responsible for actively developing new business relationships
  • Responsible for collection activities related to loans
  • Is active in the community through business networking and volunteerism
  • Portrays a professional image, possessing a high level of integrity, desires to be part of a team environment, and has the ability to work independently
  • Cross-sells ancillary products and services of the bank

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum of Associate's Degree in Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 - 5 years commercial lending experience
  • Experience with credit analysis or formal credit underwriting training
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to pay high attention to detail

Desirable Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Strong credit analysis and underwriting skills
  • Experience in generating new business
  • Experience with cross-selling ancillary products and services
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
