Schedule / Hours:

  • Full-Time
  • ​​​​​​​Member of the HR Department
  • Within normal business hours (M-F, 8:30am - 5pm)


  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in attitude and communications
  • Prepare for and process semi-monthly payroll using HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software and is responsible for employee lifecycle recordkeeping
  • Maintain knowledge of laws related to payroll and benefits to both serve as a resource to internal customers and comply with federal, state, and local regulations 
  • Responsible for recordkeeping of participants in the Employee Retirement Plan
  • Manage external employee benefit portal administration to maintain employee changes in the HRIS and the benefit portal
  • Ensure that tax deposit payments are submitted monthly and quarterly as required, review and approve invoices to be paid, and general accounting for HR demand deposit account
  • Prepare and process both internal and external reports as needed, including Vet's 100 and EEO-1
  • Prepare and distribute annual Salary & Benefit Statements
  • Document and maintain payroll and benefit procedures with assistance from technical writer

​​​​​​​Required Experience & Skills: 

  • ​​​​​​​Associate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or Accounting - preference for Accounting

    • ​​​​​​​3 years applicable experience in payroll will be considered in lieu of the degree

  • Proficient & comfortable working with computers and various software programs, including Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Ability to stay organized, re-prioritize, and maintain deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to genuinely live out our core values and exhibit friendly service mentality
  • Maintains high quality of work and attention to detail

Desirable Experience & Skills: 

  • Certification by the American Payroll Association – either level of FPC or CPP.  

 Schedule / Hours:

  • Full-Time
  • Hourly position
  • Typical hours are M - F, 8:30am - 5pm


  • Assist Lenders with loan reviews on large credit relationships. 
  • Conduct financial analysis and assign risk ratings. 
  • Assist Lenders in preparation of loan proposals. 
  • Assist Lenders in underwriting loan renewals. 
  • ​​​​​​​Prepares analysis of Customer’s financial information and related material using Credit Software and Microsoft Excel and Word.

​​​​​​​Required Experience & Skills: 

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business

    • Either bachelor's degree

    • Or associate's degree with 2 years' experience as a Credit Analyst in a financial environment 

  • Proficient & comfortable interpreting business tax returns and financial statements 

  • Proficient & comfortable working with computers and various software programs, including Microsoft Word & Excel

Desirable Experience & Skills: 

  • Previous Credit Analyst experience if combined with a related degree
