Shift / Hours:  

  • Hourly position
  • Typical schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm


  • Organize daily works tasks with occasional shifting priorities
  • Works with Credit Department Team to assist one another as needed
  • Assist lenders with loan reviews on large credit relationships
  • Assist lenders in preparation of loan proposals and in underwriting loan renewals
  • Conduct financial analysis and assign risk ratings
  • Prepares spreadsheets and analysis of customer's financial information and related material 

Required Experience & Skills: 

  • Knows how to read and interpret a balance sheet & income statement and very detail oriented
  • Must be comfortable interpreting business tax returns and financial statements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent 
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business or an Associate Degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 2 years of qualified credit experience
  • Proficient using credit software, Microsoft Excel and Word - and comfortable acquiring new software application skills

Shift / Hours:

  • Full-Time, 40 hours / week
  • Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm
  • Hourly Position


  • Perform data input to generate loan documentation for commercial and consumer loans.  
  • Work closely with loan officers, credit analysts, and third-party services to complete customer files and prepare for loan closings.  
  • Perform additional loan related tasks and responsibilities, as requested.  

Required Experience & Skills:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Loan Processor or similar role.  
  • In-depth knowledge of loan processes, documentation, and closing procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good multi-tasking abilities with outstanding time management skills.

Desirable Experience & Skills:

  • Talented and motivated individual to join our team.
  • Experience with Jack Henry & Associates SilverLake Data Processing software.
  • Familiarity with current rules and regulations related to loan processing procedures.

Work Schedule:  

  • Normally 40 hours / week
  • Typical schedule is within regular banking hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5pm)
  • Exempt-level position


  • Provides commercial and investment real estate lending services to customers in accordance with bank lending policies and profitability standards

Required Experience & Skills​​​​​​​

  • 2+ years commercial lending experience or a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting or related
  • Proven ability to promote a great customer experience 
  • Experience in credit analysis or formal credit underwriting training
  • Active in the community and involved in business networking and volunteerism
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills – able to interact clearly with all customers
  • Strong detail orientation with minimal errors 

Desirable Experience & Skills​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  • Experience in generating new business
  • Able to learn quickly and be a positive adopter to change
  • Able to cross-sell bank products and services

Shift / Hours:

  • 20-30 hours / week; more hours available during summer months
  • Work within the hours of Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm
  • Position anticipated to go through 12/31/2020 or into 2022


  • Receive, scan and log financial statements from business loan customers
  • Spread business financial statements and tax returns for commercial borrowers using Charter Bank's software spreading system. 
  • Assist Credit Analysts with the preparation of loan files for loan renewals.  This includes the preparation of the Loan Renewal Checklist and related items including debt service and collateral coverage calculations. 
  • Assist Credit Analysts with analysis of Customer’s financial information and related material using credit software, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Currently enrolled in an Accounting degree program preferred; Finance or related will be considered
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
