Shift / Hours:

  • Part-Time, 20 hours / week or Full-Time, 40 hours / week
  • Within the hours of Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm
  • Hourly Position


  • Address miscellaneous customer requests for tasks such as stop payments, customer assistance over the phone, account reconciliations, and bill pay
  • Process returned mail including customer statements, notices, tax documents, etc.
  • Perform account maintenance and review verification reports
  • Perform functions supporting ATM / Debit Card processing such as research, inquiry support, reviewing reports, balancing activity, initiating entries, and related customer communication
  • Monitor & reconcile various accounts (general ledger and demand deposit).  Research and resolve imbalances by initiating correcting entries.
  • Complete duties related to ACH processing including verifying activity, assisting originators, and transmitting files
  • Address miscellaneous customer requests for stop payments, bill pay, and researching EFT disputes
  • Complete ATM balancing responsibilities
  • Address miscellaneous customer requests
  • Assist with document imaging and related duties

Required Experience & Skills:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Associate degree in Accounting or Business Management – 3 years’ experience will be considered in lieu of a related degree
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member
  • Proficient & comfortable working with computers and various software programs such as Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Demonstrated aptitude for data entry

Desirable Experience & Skills:

  • Two years related work experience
