  • Non-exempt, staff position.
  • 40 hours, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform exception item processing which includes overdrafts, unposted, stop payments, returned items and cash letter adjustments.
  • Perform functions supporting ATM/Debit Card processing.
  • Process customer and bank wire transfer activity.
  • Complete ACH processing responsibilities.
  • Address miscellaneous customer requests.
  • Process legal research and requests.
  • Individual Retirement and Health Savings Account monitoring and reporting.

 

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Associate Degree in Accounting or Business Management or three years equivalent work experience.

 

Desirable Experience & Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good computer skills with the following requirements: proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (primarily Word and Excel) and an aptitude for data entry or keyboarding.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for opening, maintaining and closing of all demand and time deposit account types.
  • Provide support related to operational activities and financial services for personal, automobile, and other consumer loans.
  • Cross-sell Bank products and services to promote business, maintaining positive customer relations and referring customers as necessary to appropriate Bank personnel for new services.
  • Assist customers with online banking setup and ongoing maintenance.

 

Required Experience & Skills:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years of experience in financial institution Personal Banking area with consumer lending responsibilities or three years of financial institution experience in Personal Banking only.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge and understanding of all Bank deposit and consumer loan products having the ability to effectively explain differences and make recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Maintain good computer skills with a proficiency in the Microsoft Suite.
  • Individual must be punctual and dependable.

Mortgage Loan Processor

  • Non-exempt, staff position
  • 40 hours, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing loan documentation and preparation in a timely manner, from pre-approval to closing, for all consumer mortgage bank loans.
  • The person in this position will be working closely with customers, lenders, outside vendors, and loan investors.
  • Performs various bank-related job duties and responsibilities.
  • Conducts other duties necessary to carry out the responsibilities of this position.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 1-3 Years of Loan Processing Experience in a banking environment or Associates Degree in Business, Administrative/Office Assistant or Related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Understanding of Secondary Market Underwriting and Loan Pricing.
  • Ability to prepare and produce loan documentation for all consumer mortgage loans through loan software system.
  • Must be organized and have the ability to think critically to trouble shoot and solve problems.

Technical Analyst

  • Exempt, staff position.
  • 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, M-F

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the general support related to equipment, software, and networks related to bank operations.
  • Design solutions and develop automation to proactively resolve requests from employees and customers.
  • Ensure appropriate documentation, training exists for the implementation of new technology solutions and upgrades to existing solutions.
  • Assist customers with internet banking, mobile banking or remote deposit scanners as needed.
  • Assist with the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of technology applications used by the bank’s employees and customers.
  • Monitor network and data communications by utilizing various monitoring tools, analyzing results, and taking corrective action with the Systems Administrator and Managed IT provider as necessary.
  • Maintain documentation related to the configuration and administration of technology solutions used at the bank including applications, servers, workstations, telephone systems and other hardware used throughout the bank.
  • Ensure adherence to policies and operating procedures network security, information security, business continuity, disaster recovery, and other regulations. This includes assisting with the development, review, maintenance, and testing (with related documentation) of procedures needed to satisfy policies.
  • Monitor data recovery processes including ensuring backups are complete, properly stored, and recoverable with testing and documentation of results as needed.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven technical support experience.
  • Experience with configuration and support of Windows Server operating systems and Windows based enterprise applications.
  • Experience with desktop operating systems, system administration, and voice systems.
  • Experience with the deployment and support of workstations and other end user hardware (document scanners, printers, multi-function devices, etc.).

 

Desirable Experience & Skills:

  • Experience with infrastructure design (LAN, WAN, multiple internet providers) preferred.
  • Experience with Office 365 administration and support preferred.
  • Experience with banking core systems and ancillary applications preferred.
