  • Full-time, Non-Exempt level position
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide quality customer service in person and over the phone while maintaining proper telephone etiquette.
  • Assist Supervisor and co-workers with job duties as needed, including initial and ongoing training of the teller staff.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of all bank products related and unrelated to the Teller Department.
  • Look for opportunities to cross-sell bank products. Individual goals are established annually.
  • Help lead the teller team in accuracy, excellent Customer service and cross- selling.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a Teller
  • Prior experience cross selling financial products and services

Desirable Experience & Skills

  •   Leadership Skills in current job position or external committee
