We are big on ‘local’. This community has grown as we’ve grown up here...all the while not losing that local feel. We want to and choose to do business with local businesses.
For me, the story of how our parents bought Trubilt is a main factor of why our banking relationship has continued. The purchase was a huge financial stress for them and it literally was a phone call from Jerry to then Chuck Forester asking for help in financing the purchase in a way that was more doable. A day later Charter Bank called Jerry asking when he could come in to sign papers. That was over 20 years ago and even then; ‘big time banking’ but the small town feel.
Being a part of the next generation and still working with Charter means relationships to me. A relationship that started two decades ago, has grown over the years and continues still today!
