Charter Bank Welcomes New Personal Banker

Eau Claire, WI – Charter Bank is proud to announce and welcome Andrew Hiss as Personal Banker. He is responsible for opening, maintaining and closing all demand and time deposit account types. Hiss will also provide support related to operational activities and financial services for personal, automobile, and other consumer loans. In addition, Hiss is available to answer customer questions and guide them to the best banking products for their needs.

Hiss received his bachelor’s degree from UW-Eau Claire. He majored in American Indian Studies with a minor in History. He began his career at Royal Credit Union in Member Lending and Comprehensive Lending departments. Most recently, Hiss worked as a mortgage loan officer at Time Federal Savings Bank.

“I’m excited to be working with customers in a face-to-face role where I can really connect with them. It’s always a great feeling to help customers find the right account for all their financial needs,” states Hiss.

A Lake Delton, WI native, Hiss fell in love with the area after moving to Eau Claire for school and lives here with his wife, Mary. He enjoys playing guitar and taking advantage of the local bike trails, as well as watching hockey and baseball.
