Governor Walz in Minnesota has announced the Shelter in Place order starting Friday, March 27 at midnight through April 10. Charter Bank is a Critical business and will remain open. See all the ways to connect with Charter Bank in the March 23 update.

Governor Evers in Wisconsin has issued orders that all non-essential businesses need to close to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 Coronavirus.

We want you to know that banking is considered an ESSENTIAL business.  That means that we are able to continue to serve our customers.  You are still able to access your accounts in the following ways:

  • Drive-ups, ATMs and night deposits will remain open at all locations. Visit www.charterbank.bank/locations for hours.
  • We encourage you to utilize our online tools from the comfort of your home, including Online and Mobile Banking, Bill Pay, Telephone Banking, and Mobile Deposit Capture.
  • We have dedicated team members who are ready to assist you over the phone, through email with account questions or using the tools mentioned above. Please call, email info@charterbank.com or send a secure message through our online or mobile banking platforms. 
  • If you have a scheduled appointment or loan closing, please contact your account officer.
  • If you need to access your safe deposit box or have a large coin deposit, please call your specific office to make arrangements.
  • If you work with Kent Martinson, Charter Bank Investment Advisor, we encourage you to access your accounts online or call or email Maureen McRaith, Brokerage Assistant, at 715-830-5138 or mamcraith@charterbank.com or Kent at 715-831-2193 or kmartinson@charterbank.com.
