How do you get set up you ask? 
 
Step 1: Be sure you're already signed up for our Online Banking. If you aren't signed up yet, you can sign up online or in person.
 
Step 2: Download our app. It looks like this in the app store:
 
 
Step 3: Open the app and use the same credentials that you use for Online Banking.

Report it immediately to your mobile service provider. They should be able to lock or wipe your phone for you. Consider changing your Online Banking password as a precaution.
Simply visit the 'Mobile' tab in Online Banking and update it.
No problem but we recommend only adding phone numbers associated with people on your accounts. Text alerts can be set up in your Online Banking account and can be set to notify you on balances, transfers and more.
Nope. The service is free but any data rates or message rates may apply with your phone carrier so be sure to be aware of that.
You bet! This app uses the same type of security that is used for Online Banking. We are committed to keeping your financial transactions secure and confidential. Once you access your mobile banking app with your user ID and password, a secure channel is established from the device to the bank. If you want to get even more technical - we use the latest and strongest cryptographic standards like SSL (Secure Socket Layer '128-bit encryption') to protect information transferred over the Internet.
It's simple. Since the mobile banking credentials are tied to your Online Banking credentials, simply change your info on Online Banking. Then the next time you log into Mobile Banking you can use the new info and be all set.
Nope, mobile banking doesn't save any files with personal or financial information on your mobile device.
