People lose things, we get it. Perhaps you left your card at your favorite restaurant, suspect someone stole it's information, or just want a new one. There are a few ways to let us know you need a new one and place a note in your file to help detect possible fraud.

1. Contact us M-F 9:00am - 5:00pm & Sat 9:00am-Noon at 715-832-4254 and speak with someone in our Deposit Operations Department.
2. Contact our Fraud Hotline after business hours at 866-546-8273.
3. Use Telephone Banking 24/7 at 855-329-8278. Selecting Option 4, then 2 will get you to the right spot.
Although you report your card misplaced through the Telephone Banking system, please give us a call during regular business hours so we can order you a new card (Telephone Banking will only deactivate your card, it won't process an order for a new card automatically).
