To make it easy for you, your username and password have remained the same. Simply login as you normally would.
If you want to go back to the prior version of online banking, you can do so by clicking on your name in the upper right corner and click “Switch back to old version”. Once in the prior version, you can return to the new version by clicking “Try New Version”.
At this time, Cash Management features are only available in the prior version of online banking. Please follow the steps above to get back to that version as needed. We are working to incorporate this feature into the new version and we will let you know when that becomes available. Thanks for your patience!
By using Internet Explorer, you may not see the full functionality of this and other Charter Bank websites, including online banking.
